At Bartlett House Antiques, we strive to process your orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that for items such as furniture or other delicate objects, the processing time may be extended. Rest assured, we will keep our customers informed throughout the process.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs within Canada will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. For international customers, if your country is not listed, please reach out so we can provide a personalized shipping quote.

Estimated Delivery:

We will provide estimated delivery times for domestic customers when you purchase your item. If delivery information is not included in the shipping details, we will notify you via email.

For international buyers, delivery times may vary by carrier and destination country. If delivery information is not included in the shipping details, we will notify you via email.

Taxes, Customs, and Import Fees:

Please note that applicable taxes, including HST, will be added to all purchases at checkout.  Furthermore, any customs duties and import fees, if applicable, are the customer's sole responsibility and are not covered by Bartlett House Antiques. 

Return Policy:

At Bartlett House Antiques, we pride ourselves on our unique and one-of-a-kind inventory. As such, we do not accept returns. We encourage customers to reach out with any questions or concerns before making a purchase.  

We can only process cancellations if the item has not yet entered the shipping stage.
