1. As-is Condition of Goods:                                                                                            All items offered for sale on this website are antiques, vintage, or pre-owned collectibles. By their nature, these items naturally show signs of age, wear, use, weathering, and minor imperfections. All items are SOLD strictly on an as-is and as-found basis

Product Descriptions and Authenticity:                                                                       We make every effort to accurately describe photographs and date our items, including noting any significant damage, repair, or wear.  However, any description, condition reports, or statements regarding age, origin, authorship, materials, or authenticity are opinions only.  They do not constitute a guarantee or warranty
3. Buyer Responsibility :                                                                                              We strongly encourage buyers to carefully review all product photos, zoom in on details, and read descriptions before completing a purchase.  If you require additional photos, measurements, or clarification regarding an item's condition, you must contact us at bartlett_antiques@yahoo.ca prior to purchasing.  By finalizing your checkout, you acknowledge and accept the item's vintage condition.
